Optimizar procesos en el área de producción de granos

Abstract

The companies or organizations require to plan, control and evaluate properly the productive activities that are carried out within their working day, to achieve the proposed objectives within a production and to use the resources appropriately. This article describes the elaboration of a production plan developed for the Comercializadora de granos "San Camilo”, dedicated to the purchase and sale of grains, a product of the agricultural development generated through the AGRO division for both corn and, since the year 2010, for soybeans . The production plan is based on the internal factors of the company that allow determining a value based on costs incurred in the corresponding activities established for the commercialization of the grain. The article shows in its results a comparison of costs and how they manage to optimize one of the indispensable resources for the company.
