Abstract

The food plant "Alimentos CADE" is in charge of manufacturing food products locally, by compiling information obtained during the scheduled visit, based on observation and interview with the person in charge of the plant supervisor, taking as a point of Heading the automation levels of industrial processes. It was possible to determine the processes that the company has in the production of oatmeal cookies as an important part to familiarize the process. To fulfill the second objective, the automation pyramid was taken as a guide, verifying that the company CADE process is at a field level, often that some of the processes are even manual, which causes unnecessary delays that delay the product procedure. to be distributed to the different reception points that the company has. Therefore, for the fulfillment of the third objective, analyzing the inconvenience that the company has, the acquisition of the automatic horizontal wrapping machine is taken as a proposal that allows the continuous process to be carried out, eliminating the delay of manual packaging.
