Evaluation of labor productivity and its impact on forced postures in the footwear company

Abstract
The present research work made reference to two labor variables involved in industrial activities such as forced postures and labor productivity of the workers of the footwear company, the development involved, the rate of occupational diseases to verify the percentage of musculoskeletal disorders and supplements for the control of productivity. For the ergonomic variable, the initial identification of risks was carried out, followed by an exhaustive analysis with detailed posture by posture and postural load, in addition, controls were implemented at the source, transmission medium, receiver and auxiliary means. For the productivity environment, the performance assessment and supplements were carried out before and after carrying out the occupational management being by; personal needs, due to fatigue, working standing up, abnormal posture, lifting weights and use of force, light intensity, air quality, visual tension, hearing tension, mental tension and monotony and physical monotony, with the infallibility of complying legal aspects required in the industrial field. The contribution found in the investigation mentions that the forced postures do affect the productivity of the workers and through this need, an occupational improvement program was implemented.
