Social balance proposal for segment 3 savings and credit cooperatives

Abstract
The Savings and Credit Cooperatives from their origin have been shown as morally responsible entities, promoting local development and giving priority to
their partners, in order to evaluate the social scope in the present investigation a structure of Social Balance is proposed that allows us to obtain data
quantitative that evidences its management. The study focuses on proposing a Social Balance structure based on compliance with the 7cooperative principles, for the Unit and Progress Savings and Credit Cooperative belonging to segment 3, located in the Sigchos Canton of the Cotopaxi Province. To achieve the objectives quantitative and qualitative research is applied, the tools used to collect information are surveys and interviews, where the scope of the cooperative principles in the institution was obtained and the non-use of the Social Balance as a management tool in the Unit and Progress Savings and
Credit Cooperative, in order to demonstrate the actions and efforts made by the cooperative in this area, responding to the cooperative principles shared by these organizations worldwide
