Abstract

The present study aimed to determine how the academic management model optimized the educational quality of the National Autonomous University of Chota, Chiclayo 2019, for this a type of applied research was taken, with a preexperimental design, the sample was made up of 300 students Of the
different faculties, using techniques such as a survey and questionnaire instrument, the level of educationalquality reached in the first instance in
 terms of student perception was 90% average, because they considered that the basic services did not comply with the student expectations, as well as
labor insertion, due to the nonexistence of agreements, while after the application of the management model, descriptively it has been observed that
the perception of adequate educational quality by 70%; Finally, it has been concluded that the educational quality has been optimized by the academic
management model, this because the bilateral significance obtained was less than 0.05 (, 000) respectively, and the average obtained has increased of, 56333; In this way it has been possible to contrast the hypothesis.
