Virtual pedagogical innovation and motivation in students of a University of the North of Lima

Abstract

This research is an alternative to face the current condition of virtual classes that has been developing as an effect of the Covid-19 pandemic in a University
in the north of Lima, whose objective was to determine if a virtual pedagogical innovation program is related to motivation in students of a
university in the north of Lima. For this purpose, the methodology used was of a basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental-cross-sectional
design and correlational scope. The survey was used as a technique and the instrument was the questionnaire. Thus, in the results of the inferential was used, the result of which was 0.558, with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Concluding that when the virtual pedagogical innovation program is properly executed taking into account the digital tools provided by the university, it has the direct effect that the motivation in students of a university in the north of Lima is improved in the same sense and The enthusiasm required for them to learn without disconnecting from the class, the teacher and their learning is obtained
from them.
